The choice of racket shape is very important for your padel racket.

There are three racket shapes in padel racket: Round, Teardrop, Diamond. Roughly speaking

  • light round rackets are more suitable for beginners
  • medium-weight teardrop-shaped for all-round and advanced padel players
  • heavy diamond shaped for professionals

However, it depends on the player's playing style and the weight and material of the padel racket, so even pro players round rackets.
